Finance Committee
The Role of the Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is appointed each year to help manage the finances of GSB. Their main role is to review proposed financial legislation and then make recommendations to Senate. They consider how the bill fits with Finance policy, and report the bill either favorably, unfavorably, or without recommendation.
Members of the Finance Committee
The Committee consists of four GSB Senators, four At-Larges (non-GSB Senator ISU Students), the GSB Treasurer, the Graduate and Professional Student Senate (GPSS) Treasurer, and an advisor; the Finance Director is chair of the Finance Committee.
