Informational Sessions

Tuesday, January 27th @ 12:00pm – Room 3512 - Memorial Union
Thursday, January 29th @ 6:00pm – Room 3512 - Memorial Union
Monday, February 2nd @ 6:00pm – Room 3512 - Memorial Union
Wednesday, February 4th @ 6:00pm – Room 3512 - Memorial Union

All organizations requesting funds must attend one of the Informational Sessions. If no member of the organization is able to attend, the organization must contact the Finance Director, gsbfinance@iastate.edu, prior to the session.

Online Budgets Requests Open

After attendance at an Informational Session, your online system will be unlocked.

How to find your budget:

  1. Go to www.sodb.stuorg.iastate.edu/ofp and select 'Manage Your Organizations' link
  2. Log in with Net-ID & password
  3. For each organization, select the 'Edit GSB Budget' link
  4. Select the budget you wish to view

*Will be accepted until Monday, February 16th at Midnight with a fine
