Informational Sessions

Tuesday, January 29th @ 11:00am – Room 3512 - Memorial Union
Thursday, January 31st @ 4:00pm – Room 3512 - Memorial Union
Monday, February 4th @ 6:00pm – Room 3512 - Memorial Union
Wednesday, February 6th @ 6:00pm – Oak Room - Memorial Union

All organizations requesting funds must attend one of the Informational Sessions. If no member of the organization is able to attend, the organization must contact the Finance Director, gsbfinance@iastate.edu, prior to the session.

Online Budgets Requests Open

After attendance at an Informational Session, your online system will be unlocked.

How to find your budget:

  1. Go to www.sodb.stuorg.iastate.edu/ofp and select 'Manage Your Organizations' link
  2. Log in with Net-ID & password
  3. For each organization, select the 'Edit GSB Budget' link
  4. Select the budget you wish to view

Thursday, February 14th from 5-7pm in the West Student Office Space - Memorial Union
Friday, February 15th from 1-3pm in the West Student Office Space - Memorial Union

*Will be accepted until Monday, February 18th at Midnight with a fine

Sunday, February 24th 6-8pm - Cardinal Room - Memorial Union *If selected, your organization will be notified

Allocation Hearings - (Will be assigned a specific time once budget is submitted)
