About Me
My name is Paul Keppy and I am a senior in Political Science and Economics. I grew up in Davenport, but enjoy traveling. I spent the previous two summers in Washington DC and Argentina before that. Here at Iowa State, my involvement in student government started my freshman year when I served on the Inter Residence Hall Association, representing Birch-Welch-Roberts Hall. The next year I was elected to serve as the Frederiksen Court Senator on GSB. I was reelected for two more terms and served as both Vice-Speaker and Speaker of the Senate. At the start of my junior year, I also began working as a Community Advisor for the Frederiksen Court apartments – a role that I continue to hold. Beyond GSB, I enjoy playing cards, cooking, traveling, reading, watching movies, hanging out and talking with friends, playing some sports, running, and politics.
